Following steps are remaining----

1-Your witnesses have to be crossexamined if not yet.
2- Closure of evidence from your side.
3- Statement of accused under Sec 313 Cr.P.C.
4- Defence evidence and cross examination if defence side is willing to do so.
5- Closure of defence evidence.
6- Arguement
7- Judgment.

Mr. Arvind,
Thanks for reply. I want some clearification regarding the issue of summons to the accused.

- The summons will be issued only after the cross examination of statements

or

- on the basis of submitted documents and facts. the summons can be issued to the accused and when accused denies from the charges then the cross examination will take place.
