what is the procedure for amending objeect clause of trust deed of a charitable trust

Draft a deed of amendment of trust deed, get the deed sanctioned by trustees in the meeting, file the documents with concerned registrar along with requisite fees and get registrar sanction and insert the amendments in original trust deed or else file it as a supplementary deed of amendment to the original trust deed as the case may be.
