Thanks for your quick reply.Will you pls intimate me what should i write in place of clause 2
your reply
If 3/4 members belong to a same family then how can you insert clause no. 2 in that affidavit

I think clause no. 2 of that affidavit was containing the term that no any member of society belong to a same family. so I had told you that both the things are self contradictory.
