A customer booked product from a shop at half price which was winding up. Later learnt that product is of china made and refuse to accept part of the order. for the whole order part payment is made by the customer for which chacha bill is given by the shopkeeper and warranty is verbal not by the company its only by the dealer and shopkeeper.
What is the Stand of customer can he reject , part of the order.
Can shopkeeper force the customer to take the goods in whole.

The customer has every right to cancel the order or refuse to reject part of the order if the customer finds that the product is not the one which he intended to buy. Even subsequent discovery that the product is not the one intended can entitle a customer to cancel the contract or deal.
Moreover as you say that the warranty is not given by the company and only verbal warranty has been given by the dealer it shall be a good ground to reject the order and the customer can issue a legal notice to seek refund of the part payment made on the ground that the goods paid for were not the intended one.

what if the shopkeeper has seized the goods and is not ready to release the part of the consignment and is demanding for full payment.

That is right on the part of the shop keeper. He is entitled to do it.
If the customer does not want then he can claim refund of the amount paid. But the shopkeeper cannot force the customer to take the goods by paying the pending amount.
