Dear Experts,
Please inform me whether there is any ban on the appointment of fresh notaries as per Central Central Government rules?
Question No.2. Please further inform me where the application may be subimitted for the appointment of notary appointed by the centeral government? Give the name of the authority to be addressed in the application with detailed address and in whose favor the fee dd to be drawn?

The authority differ from state to state. In bengal it the PSC.
