Delhi Police eavesdropping, illegally wiretapping my residence since few months, playing wiretapped non relevant conversation between me and my family members and claiming my Swiggy/Zomato orders are causing panic/theft. What should be my next course of legal step? They even tampered with my laptop and mobile. Should I consult an advocate?

It's not just wiretapping and eavesdropping. Offduty cops are tracking my mobile location and employing unknown people to talk about the non call wiretapped conversations and other kind of information, staging conversations about me outside at places where I don't frequently visit or know anybody. Recently I had to face harassment by the offduty cops when I by mistake decided to visit India Gate and as soon as I exit my Cab and had to face harassment by offduty cops who were playing their mind games because I was present at India Gate alone

My parents have been threatened and forced to not provide any kind of information related to police drama, that's what the offduty cops told me. Otherwise they'll arrest me, and my parents too. I can't speak to a SHO by myself

And to validate that information, I heard residents of the society shouting "Police aayi Hui he" a 1000 times near my residence

Your post appears to be an imaginary concept by which you are trying to get answers for a non existing problem.
You have lot of legal avenues open to get remedy or relief if you are really suffering by such illegal acts.
You may decide the best option before you as suggested by experts of this forum or consult an advocate in the local and proceed as per the advise received.

My post appears that way because I have a modded air conditioner with an analog transmitter fitted to it with an illegal camera. Why do you think a SHO will listen when an analog transmitter is playing output 24/7

There was also an illegal police raid at my residence on October when my parents were assisting the police in raiding my residence when I was not present at my residence. How do I know this? Because 1-2 months ago, a team of civil dress cops arrives at my location and said it to me when I was outside. Do you think I have the audacity to take a video recording of the conversation of a cop in civil dress?

Seems imaginary story. If one is aggrieved by conduct of cops then there should be o hesitation to meet higher police officers. The problem appears to beis medical one and not legal one.
