We are going to give a flat on rent basis to co-op bank. flat is in pune.

Plz tell, is registration required? which docs required?

It shall be better if lease-deed for a specific time (say 5 years) is executed in the given case which requires due registration and all charges are to be borne by bank itself as per provision.
