My last employer has paid me less gratuity. I have records relating to this. Can I have a legally drated letter which I can send I am asuper senior citizen.

When were you retired? When you are a super senior citizen why did keep silent to date? Consult a local lawyer who deals with the service matter with full particulars/documents and follow his guidance.
