Great grandfather A died in 1986 and grandmother B died in 2008. father C died in 2016. Is there any way to get legal heir certificate for grandmother B (Saying that she is a daughter of great grandfather A )
Like legal heir certificate for B as a daughter of A now?

You have repeated the same question today itself in another thread, however I repeat my anser once again as below: You can approach the concerned revenue department on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased great grandfather to provide a legal heir ship certificate indicating his legal heirs to succeed to his estates. If the revenue department is rejecting the same based on the lapse of time, you can approach court with a suit for declaration to declare the legal heirs by a court order and a direction to the concerned revenue department o issue a legal heir ship certificate on that basis.

A repeated query that requires clarity in my view.

No doubt it is a repeated question, but the subsequent answer to the same query is added now. Since the revenue department is constrained by the regulations and rules in this regard, you may better approach court of law with a suit for declaration to declaration the legal heirs of the desired deceased person by furnishing relevant documentary evidences to prove your case and seek direction to the concerned revenue authority to issue the desired certificate
