What is the Legal term used for division of immovable property on " percentage basis" and not by metes & bounds.

It is also a partition deed but un-divided and unspecified portions will be allotted to their percentage. But when one of the parties thinks to dispose of his share in the property either full or in part by way of a transfer, at that time, all conditions shall be specifically mentioned and if not leads to legal complications.
