Regarding Pension part withdrawal from PF

Recently received my PF withdrawal amount, which consisted of employee share & employer share only.....pension fund was not considered for withdrawal. My total service tenure was 8.5 years. Is myself eligible for withdrawal of pension share ?? If yes , pls guide me the procedure for withdrawal of the same.

how much years of contribution yo had.

Dear Sir,
Form-10C & Form-19 & Form-15G were filled for PF withdrawal.My total service tenure was 8.5 years. from March 2008 to October 2016.
PF is deposited upto Nov-2014, since after its pending till date.Will I get the pending amount in future course.
Am I not eligible to withdraw pension part deposited upto Nov-2014.If yes, then sir pls guide me for the procedure to withdraw.
