Succession certificate

I want to sell the bike and succession certificate is the first need as the bike is on my fathers name.so can anyone please tell me the process and i have to disclose all the name of my family member in the certificate. Can i declare my name only in succession and file no objection certificate from other members of the family?

Whether your father left only bike as movable property?

Succession certificate is to be issued in respect of all property.

Process may take nearly one year.

You have to spend considerable amount in getting succession certificate, may be more than the resale price of the bike.

It is illegal / wrong we can not advice for adopting such act in any way.

May prove to be a good reason to twist your arm afterwards by other legal heirs.

Get the succession certificate from the court as suggested by mr goyal. The process is not as very easy as expected by you .
