Court decreed property

my question is a property had divided through court after that property holders are not make any sub division on that time because of lack of knowledge.But now they have applied for sub division process in city survey department through court decree
,opposite party is making objection to sub division, and department also giving same reason that your opponent had objects so that we cannot do the sub division process
the how to get we process

Your query is short of facts, when the court decree issues, who are the parties to the court decree, who is the party that has objected and how he is concerned with the property, when objected, what is the nature of objection, etc.
