Legal process for purchase of land passed in 143.

Mr A purchase a Land from Mr B, which is passed in 143 before selling of that land.
but in Khautani Document last Entry Is in name of Mr B. Does Mr B has any legal posseion of that land??

Is their any problem for Mr A as he has the original registry in their name from Tehsil??

and if Mr A Want to mention their name in Khautoni Document does it possible to do that??

Is their any need to do any legal proceesing in that case or is it ok if Mr B name is mentioned in the khautoni document??
