Dear Experts,
My wife lodged FIR against me in JAN 2015 which was cancelled by DSP and after cancellation my wife continued giving application to police against me and all time police refers the same statement of cancellation.
During the cancellation Police did not lodge FIR u/s 182 against my wife now she has given 8 applications to police against me and all investigation reports say "all her applications are fake".
now she is continuing headache for me and I want to lodge FIR against her u/s 182, but Police says it could done only when the Dowry case was cancelled by police and it is only by the desecration of police not mine.
How can I get this case lodged??

Sir,
File a defamation case against her, that is the best recourse available at this stage.

Chandra Ji,
I already attempted for that but problem is we did not arrest in this case and if we arrested then we would be able to file case u/s 499 & 500. Many times I given application to SP/DGP/DSP for this but they refused saying that you did not defame because we did not arrest you.
Please suggest for any other way...

Section 195 Cr.P.C. does not permit you to file any FIR or complaint u/s 182 IPC as same can be filed only by that police official, who had been complained by your wife. You may file a private complaint u/s 500 IPC against your wife in court.

Consult a learned local advocate to peruse all the documents (FIR copies, police reports, observations etc.) and then make out which sections are to be filed.
Any other steps you take may backfire on you.
