A single person can file case in crpc/133_

Dear sir,my just neighbor start fabrication iron factory.its makes noise.noise pollution makes me and my family disturb.i am only one family who live near iron factory.
So kindly tell me can i file case against my neighbor.

Is this authorized residential area?

Has the factory all licenses?

Are other factories situated in the area?

Lodge complaint with the municipality.
