Salary taking same time in 2 different companies

Dear sir,

I am working one organization, iam taking salary as per the company scale.

Now my question is our company running one small co operative society for employee welfare purposes. The nature of society is sale provisions and thrift fund collecting and loan distributing.

Now the management want to recruit me as a honorable secretary of the society with lumsum salary per month.

As per law is there any legal disputes will arise in future ?

When company is appointing / giving extra charge what is the problem till any of your appointment terms are violated.
