The language / purpose of the agreement has to be referred.
You can mention that the agreement executed on (later date) and is effective from (back date).

As per stamp Act in many states the stamp paper can be used for execution of agreements prospectively that is a date that follo9ws the date of purchase of the stamp paper. Hence you cannot put a date which is previous to the date of purchase of the stamp paper. But as suggested by Shri Goyal you may provide for retrospective effect to the agreement.

The execution of agreement can be made on the date of purchase of stamp paper for an agreement already agreed between the parties on a date prior to the date of execution of the deed.
