My lawyer is asking for Govt. issued Sale permission for SC/ST land, to which builder is saying Govt. doesn't provide one and could provide 79 a/b document. I need ur help.

Your lawyer's insistence on the said document is very much right, if the builder is not providing the said document, better avoid buying the property.
