Neighbour not allow to put cement plaster on comon wall at his side. I am already left a margin of 1-2 inches at neighbour side for plaster. Kindly guide me, how to get done that side of plaster

I have left a margin for cement plaster at wall facing neighbours side. But still neighbour refused to get done plaster facing his side wall.

Leave it to his decision. The wall appears to be awkward if it is seen from the land of his side.
