SIR, I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS WITNESS DISCHARGE. AND WHAT HAPPENED IF ANY WITNESS REPEATEDLY TOLD BY COURT TO GIVE HIS CROSS EXAMINATION AND HE DELAYING THE CROSS EXAMINATION.

1.when X of witness is over in civil cases the court discharge witness which means now witness is not required to attend court again.

2. if witness fails to appear in court for number of times for X then court can issue warrants of witness.
