Loan to foreign Company by Private Company

Hi All,

what is the procedure or rules applicable if Private indian Company gives Loan to foreign Company? How much loan it can give to foreign Company?

what if that foreign company is one of the shareholder of that indian Private Company?

The permission of RBI and under the provisions of FERA are to be obtained prior to siphoning the money to such foreign company.
