Sir,
I want to know that how the General Power of Attorney can be cancel. What is the procedure and requirements for cancellation of GPA. Whether it is mandatory to cancel the GPA from Same Registering authority, where it was executed at the time of giving GPA. Whether GPA can be cancel in any where in india.
Whether any notice is mandatory after cancellation to the person in whose favour GPA was granted.

You can draft revocation of GPA deed and make it register at the concerned Registrar Office where the GPA executed and send notice to the GPA Agent by registered post.
