Clarifications about law courses

Dear Experts, Good Evening !

My friend has completed Bachelor of General Law degree through distance education from Annamalai university, but he could not practice in the court. Can he convert it to LLB after 1year more study in law. so that he could practice in the court as an advocate.Is there any University or College provides LLB degree after BGL ? or Can he get direct admission into final year of L.L.B Course ?
