M-20 bonds for co-op. housing socty.

Hi,
I would like to know whether
1) M20 bond is compulsory for all committee members of housing society ?
2) Whether anybody can be member of manging committee, even if he is not the joint holder or 1st owner of the flat ?

not any more . MC not required to execute indemnity bonds anymore .
only flat owner can be member of MC

Thanks Ajay for quick response and reply. But I have been told by someone that there is Maharashtra government has issued GR dated 26/11/2013, GR no.CSL-2003/CR-496/15-C, by virtue of which it has become compulsory to sign and submit M20 bond.
Please confirm.

no bond is required to be executed by members of MC any more
