Loss of fd receipt what is the procedure!

Dear Sir / Madam,

My one of friend was loosed two FD receipts which is both below Rs.50,000..

What is the procedure for obtaining the duplicate FD receipt.

Bank was strictly informing it requires Rs 200 Bond with affidavit of specified matter of bank which is suitably shall be printed on Rs.100.

Please suggest as preferentially...

You should follow the procedures as advised by bank

one of SBI Cashier has told that it is shall be make affidavit on Rs 100 Bond.and it is enough for duplicate receipt...

For your satisfaction you can demand and get without any cost printed version of RBI guidelines,Bank's internal policies.................charges and rates...

An indemnity should be signed with appropriate stamp duty in the format available with the bank. Service charge as decided by the bank from time to time will be levied for issuing a duplicate deposit receipt
