The females are co parceners in HUF, the wife and daughters and daughter-in-law have equal status in the HUF. Any coparcener can ask for a dissolution of HUF.

is it true ?

i am daughter of my father huf?
can i ask for partition

As a coparcener you can seek partition and separate possession of your coparcenery share in the HUF, consult a local lawyer for further opinion and proceed as per his advise.

OUR fATHER NAMES HUF IS Created on 1999 . before 3 years my father is expired . Now in huf , there are mother , i and minor dughter.

we want to take a loan on huf immovable property . as a karata of huf who can sign?
