Appeal against interlocutory order passed

(Querist) 18 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I was informed that no appeal or revision can lie as against the order passed by the Rent Controller and the only remedy can be made by to raise all those grievance before the Appellate Authority?

Is there any specific judgement by Apex Court?
