I own 5 bigha land in UP and the Section 4 of land acquisition act has been declared on this land.
1. How much compensation will/ should I get as per the new law?.
2. Can I individually file a letter of acceptance of the declared compensation to the UP government and collect the compensation?
3. Is there a possibility that the government may withdraw the section 4 at any point of time?

1. You need to get such clarification from the concerned Govt Department.

2. What laws Govt would be make cannot be foretold.

It is state oriented matter so. You can get the clarification from concerned govt only

You should contact land acquisition office for quantum of compensation.

Govt may change decision if circumstances exist.
