Kindly visit www.hcraj.nic.in and under case status of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench search for case no.:
Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 93: year 2013 (Jeewan Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)
And
Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 164: year 2013 (Bhawani Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)
This matter of "Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Trust" is pending in the trial court of Jaipur since 1970. Still there is no hope of early solution of this matter which is pending from the last 44 years..(Probably it will take another 56 years to complete this case..
WOW..100 years to complete one civil matter....)
