Maitainance deposit

She has not provided with her bank account number.Ihave to deposit maintinance through money order.Please suggest some other way to deliver maintainance as money order requiers 700 per month to deliver.

you can make application in court asking your wife to submit her bank account details so that money can be deposited directly in her account

Sir, She and her advocate has refuse to disclose bank account details in COURT

let court pass orders on your application that wife be directed to disclose her bank account details . in these days of electronic transfer of funds money order is relic of olden days

You can send through Bank draft or if they agree through cheque if they do not want to disclose the account no.

Follow the suggestion given by Mr. Ajay Sethi in this regard, let the court decide about the issue or you can deposit the same with the court itself.
