sra flat help. builder cheated

Have a flat in sra where 10years are about to get over in 1m. Problem is the surname on maintenace bill and share certificate is different. But name on agreement is proper. The builder is fraud. I have a copy of CID complaint also. What should I do to correct it now. Builder is fraud. Please help

What is your problem?, whether the builder or the name in the share certificate, if it is with the builder, what is the problem with him?, what did he do to you to defraud you? What is the status of CID complaint?, if the name is not matching to the sale deed to that of the share certificate, you get it changed as per your original name by making correction through an affidavit. This will not be a big issue, it can be moved in a resolution by the association in the next meeting and the changes can be incorporated accordingly.

What you want to do? you put the builder behind the bar? file complain nnnnnnnnnnnnnnn against the builder in police station and their after file a complain case in the court. OR follow the advice of Kalaiselvan sir.
