Inaction by corporators towards illegal construction

Dear Respected Members,

1. A notice of illegal construction was given to the Corporator.( Detailed Call Records is there) But the corporator has not taken any action against the illegal construction.
2. The Corporator while filing the papers for contesting the elections, has given the false declaration, i.e,. Property Valuation is in Crores, but mentioned in the declaration is in lakhs.

Whether the above evidences are viable to initiate a action against the Corporator ?

as far as illegal construction is concerned complain to muncipial corproration . copy too local police station

complain to election commission if false declaration has been given by corporator . it will take action your complaint .

It is the corporation and not the corporator to take action against illegal construction. Lodge Complaint to corporation.

For false declaration of assets in the election process, send complaint to election commission.

Do you mean that, although the notice of illegal construction was given to the corporator, its not the responsibility of the corporator to intimate the muncipal corporation.

Why the corporator should not be held as guilty?

Please clarify.

It is the work of corporation and not of corporator. Corporation is liable to take action under rules.
