respected sir,
Our colony RWA is not ragistred. but they have close the main gate. they open a small gate which is not sufficient for in and out properly. Kindly help me that can i do case aganist them. there is any provision which can i ask for there account information about RWA. i think they are misusing money.
i always paid monthly 50 rupee instalment them.

if it is regd.with registrar of societies,ffile a complaint there.
or else make police complaint of hindrance to main passage,obstruction of free movemets.
as for accounts,as a member of rwa,as per your byelaws, you are entitled to call for any info.or meeting of residets to discuss, any problem of residents.

If the RWA is not registered you can file police complaint for creating hindrance and illegally contributing the money.

I agree with Expert Mr. Rajendra K.Goel.
Many RWAs are running their offices in Chennai without registering.Since money handling is there better approach police.

The hindrance and illegal obstruction caused thus needs to be rectified, a complaint with the local police will fetch you desired remedy.
