Sir,

what are the procedure to change my signature?

where you want to change your signature, just inform by letter and change,With my knowledge ,there is no specific law for it, If for bank just inform the same with existing and new specimen

You want to change your signatures for what?
For Bank, you have to get registered / scanned by approaching the Manager of the Bank first and can start using new signatures. For any other department you can start after informing by letter.
