how is stamp duty calculated for sale of property in AP?
Suppose if a person is selling the property to some other for Rs. 2370000 in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. What is the stamp duty he has to pay?

Stamp Duty differs from State to State. It is calculated on circle rate or actual rate which is higher. Find out circle rate of the property and contact the office of Registrar for calculation of Stamp duty.
