my father married my mother legally as first wife and married other illegally second wife.now illegal second wife made petition in court she married legally as first wife and asking share in property with us .but my father no more.and all property in name of my mother and us .they got one girl married and a son.my father made some land in name of them also.she has right to get share in us now.my mother age is 60+ at that time they married in front of elders and now no proof of wedding .

If you prove that date of marriage of your mother was prior to tat of her, then she gets no relief.
She has no share but the children, if any, have .

yes sir ,one girl married.and one son and my father gave some land to them it in name of them now
