Relinquishment deed executed in favor of minor by fraud

A is the brother of B(sister of A, who is old uneducated lady) and both having equal share in the ancestral property of their father. A by fraud got execute a relinquishment deed of the share of B, in favor of his Minor Son.

Now what remedy is available with the B to get cancel the said alleged relinquishment deed and which court have jurisdiction to deal with this case?

Please suggest law point and some Authorities in this regard?
