Dear Sir,
Can department assessment my previous cases after the vat no is cancelled.

What is the reason for cancel the VAT reg. Every financial year the assessment will be completed either by self assessment or scrutiny assessment. So the department have right to reopen if any default or reason for any cross examination of record
