On the death of deceased person (Father), how & what document is required to transfer the amount on the name of the mother. Rs. 11 Lakhs is standing & that is Loan advance to firm. Rs. 2 Lakhs is standing on various shares and MF Rs. 5 Lakhs as investment on Land & Building What 13 the legal procedure and accounting procedure are required to follow and complete to transfer all this on the name of my mother. There is no will left by my father. Kindly provide the guidance.
