insurance ombudsman

what is the procedure to file a complaint with insurance ombudsman?
Is there any standard format?
Is notice to the insurance company mandatory? If yes, how many days?

YOU CAN WRITE IN A LETTER/COMPLAINT BY GIVING THE COMPANY NAME,ALONG WITH COPIES POLICY ,ALL PREMIUM PAID RECEIPTS.
NO NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY, IF AT ALL ANY CORRESPONDENCE IS ALREADY MADE, YOU CAN ATTACH.YOUR COMPLAINT OF SERVICE MUST BE CLEAR .

YOU CAN DIRECTLY WRITE UR PROBLEM TO THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.

Just file a simple complaint mentioning the Details of Company, along with Policy copy other related documents. You can directly approach the Insurance Ombudsman.

There is no specific performa nor is required because each and every complaint contains different set of grievance and its solution. No need to prior intimation to the company against whom complaint is being brought.

simply give an application with an affidevit to file a complaint before insurance ombudsman.

THERE IS NO STANDARD FORMAT, SUBMIT APPLICATION/COMPLAINT SUPPORTED BY AFFIDAVIT BEFORE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.
