Sale and construction agreement e-stamping value in bangalore

Hi,

I have booked a flat in Bangalore in which the total cost of the flat is around 21.84 lakhs, but the e-stamping deed given to me by Builder is divided into two separate Construction agreement and Sale Agreement both cost Rs. 200 and Rs. 500 respectively. But I came to know that the e-stamping deed should be 0.1% of the property value.

Please if some one can help me on this, it will be very greatful.
