we have to start charitable trust in pune, maharashtra. what is the legal procedure and formalities to
start ? what amount is required to start ? body required for charitable trust ?

Obtain the services of a local lawyer as a detailed Trust Deed shall have to be got drafted as per your feed back by him and then shall have to be got registered before the registrar.
