For DV, 125 crpc is there any provision of 205 crpc for by brother? If not how to take exemption from attending each date.

as far as DV cases are concerned courts are not strict about personal attendance on each date . if your lawyer is present you wont have any issues . you can if you so desire make application for exemption from personal appearance till further orders
