Are our current laws efficient to deal with such cyber bank frauds?

Z news is showing these days details of such cyber bank frauds. You may observe that programme. Our present legal system is yet to prepare itself to effectively deal with such frauds and USA have comparatively more stringent and effective law in this matter.riven

our current information technology act deals with internet frauds and have severe punishment for offences which includes cyber bank frauds.
also the penal code is always there to substantiate the same.riven
