in sale deed of a shop, seller puts a condition that purchasor cannot transfer by way of sale deed such shop unless an apportunity is being given to him to repurchase the same. Is this condition is legal one? can a seller put such kind of condition in sale deed?

Such condition is illegal and against the constitution hence it should not be accepted by the buyer.
