Land Holding as per Tenancy Act.

IF group of people Bought Land without forming any Register entity, in the Name of XYZ Association.

What rights dose this XYZ Association had on Bought Land?
Can Collector issue Sale permission in Name of such Association?
Is it a valid Agreement if Name on Sale permission and sale Deed of Land is differ ?
Property Card not showing Buyer Name since last 30 year ?
Can I claim Property again?
