Hello Experts,

What are the formalities required to transfer / sell shares from one shareholder to another person in a private limited company?

Which forms need to be filled up? Can these be sourced online as well?

Standard Form for Transfer of Shares of a company are available with Book Sellers, the same is to be filed duly stamped with the Company which shall transfer the shares in its books, after due verification. Online Transfer is possible only in case of Listed Companies who are maintaining their records of members electronically i.e. in Demat Accounts.
