Charge under roc for company a member of jv

One of the private limited company is a JV partner . The JV firm has been sanctioned credit facilities by the banks and one of the term is to have Corporate guarantee of JV partner and Hypo of the goods belonging to JV firm. Is it necessary to file ROC for Hypo executed by JV or Corporate guarantee

it depends upon terms of sanction of bank for

grant of loan.
