Dear Sir,

I shall be entered in to an Agreement to Sale and I want register this Agreement.

Is any amount must be mentioned for registering this documents.

Can without amount, simple agreement, this agreement to sale be register.

If yes, can it is useable at the time of any claim.

Agreement has to have consideration. Any agreement without consideration is void. Consideration may be an indadequate amount as well - law won't concern itself with the quantum of consideration.
